I felt a little lazy today, so chicken curry for dinner. This is the easiest dish when you use Japanese curry mix. But I want to make ita little more flavorful, so I sauteed minced onion and ginger until it almost caramelized. In another sautee pan, sautee chicken with curry powder, black pepper and cumin.
One of the sides is tomato and corn salad which Maki made for us last summer. This is very simple but delicious.
