Lamb chop

Tonight's menu was Maki and Yooki's idea. I have never cooked artichoke and lamb. I love to try new things. Yooki taught me how to cook artichoke and Maki found a wonderful recipe for the lamb. When Yooki steamed artichoke, he added lemon and bay leaf in the water. I made dipping sauce with minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and mayo. It was delicious. Maki made really wonderful pistachio tapenade. Then I grilled lamb chops one side and flipped them and spread the tapenade on each chop and covered and grilled until medium rare. They were really delicious.
