I found this recipe several years ago on the internet. It is very easy. Cut chicken tender into bite size and coat with minced garlic, dijon masturd, salt and pepper. In a separate bawl, mix crushed almond, panko and grated parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken with almond mixture. Then pan fry or bake it in the oven.
One of the side is scrambled egg with julienne carrot.
