This is a Korean dish. Each vegetable is cooked and seasoned separately in different way, so it takes time to prepare this dish. I used spinach, bean sprout, carrot, daikon radish, cucumber, eggplant and zucchini. In each serving bawl put the steamed rice first and topped with all the vegetables and sauteed ground beef and finished with fried egg. Before you eat, mix everything very well. Add hot chili paste as you like.Very healthy dish.
