Today's main was Bulgogi (Korean barbecue beef). I used thin sliced tritip. (I love my food slicer.)Bulgogi tastes best if you grill the meat on the charcoal grill. At home pan fry is the easiest way to cook the meat.
Side dishes are nira leak pancake, spinach namul, green beans with sesame sauce, marinated sesame leaves and kimpira gobo.
