This morning Shinho went to Port Orchard to get sashimi grade tuna from the fisherman. He comes to Port Orchard every year just for two days to sell frozen fillet of tuna which he caught by himself and freeze them on the boat. It was very good, almost like toro and melt in your mouth. I wish he comes more often.
Wow. This looks incredibly good. We were at Mitsuwa market last weekend, by the way. They were selling octopus for $15/lb. Dad could make some good money when he starts setting his traps.
