Fish and chips

 

Not exactly the one you eat at the restaurant. It got garlic flavor and panko breaded. I oven roasted fingering potato with olive oil and thyme.
Side vegetables are spinach, tomato and corn salad, green beans with peanut sauce and hijiki which I got from Satsuma. We went to Bistro Satsuma last night for dinner and after we finished our dinner, the owner's wife gave us hijiki.
