Cod with chili bean sauce

I almost run out of my repertory. It is getting hard to think of new recipe. Please give me some new idea, somebody.

Today I made cod with chili bean sauce. Browned sliced cod in a frying pan. Removed fish and saute chopped garlic, ginger and scallion. Return fish into the pan. Add soy sauce, sake, brown sugar and hot chili bean paste and cook for a few minutes.
One of the side dish here is asparagus with oyster sauce.

  1. It's incredible, the wide variety of dishes you've offered. Just a couple of suggestions from what I've made this week: sukiyaki, standard recipe using Uwajimaya sukiyaki meat; beef stew with biscuits, American comfort food, with stew meat, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, beans, peas. Do you make tofu chigae or kim chee chigae Korean soup? I would like to know your recipe; Obachan's was the best!
