Pan Roasted Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce

 
Kathy gave me this delicious caper hand picked in Italy. It has distinctive flavor which you can not get from regular caper in a jar. I used it for the sauce for salmon. It is similar to picata sauce. Butter, white wine, lemon zest and caper. The caper made a big difference and was really delicious.
